In addition, some regions have high alkalinity in the water source, by the oil and gas boiler combustion heat concentration, pot water alkalinity will become higher and higher, after reaching a certain concentration, it will froth on the evaporation surface, affecting the quality of steam; under certain conditions, high alkalinity will also cause stress concentration parts of the caustic embrittlement and other alkaline corrosion. Therefore, the high alkalinity of water quality needs to be reduced alkali treatment. In addition, the dissolved solids content is too high, will also affect the quality of steam, and in serious cases even cause vapor co-temperature. Should be controlled by reasonable drainage.
